Video Festival Imperia - International Festival of Cinematographic Digital Art - announces the third edition of the Festival of the Festivals. This is a competitive worldwide category in which may take part exclusively all non Italian Film Festivals and /or Festivals of visual arts and communication .

Any event from all over the world may participate, showing the last award-winning work or, at the discretion of the management, one or more works from the archives material of the Festival's last edition.

A Jury consisting of specialists on the matter will judge the works received and will award a prize to the most deserving one, taking into consideration various factors like subject, editing, photography, shooting techinques etc.

The work which willl turn out to be the winner will make the Festival that introduced it and its author winners too and it will be considered the best film of 2010 worldwide, with a strong media impact both for the Festival and the author. The film will be screened in public during the 6th edition of Video Festival Imperia and may be scheduled on IMPERIA TV channel.

To the author of the winning work will be awarded the prize “Silver Frame 2011 World Global Films” and to the Festival that introduced the winning work will be awarded the prize “Silver Frame 2011 Festival of  Festivals”.

The presence of the authors and of the responsibles of the winner Festival is welcome, but in any case the prizes will be delivered to the winner's domicile.

The participation is free. Forwarding charges will be borne by the person concerned. The Management is not responsible for miscarried correspondence. Works and application forms duly filled in must reach the address indicated within february 7, 2011 (postmark date) and will not be given back. The participation to the competition presumes the unqualified approval of the existing regulations (downloadable from this page). The Management of the Festival has the right of final decision about all the matters not expressly specified in the existing regulations. The only assignement for partecipating festivals is the acquisition of the approval of the authors as far as their participation to the Festival of the Festivals and the copyrights of their works are concerned.
